Welcome back to the show!  Are you at the part of your investing journey where you are utilizing wholesalers to find deals that you can move on?  We hope that you have found several very good people to work with and are becoming as profitable as you possible can.  Unfortunately, in this current marketplace, there are a lot of greedy business-people out there and wholesalers are starting to get a bad name.  Now, Steve does not want to be known as someone who is dumping on wholesalers, he was one himself when he started.  But it is important to know that there are some bad apples out there and you need to be able to avoid them.  So tune in and start the learning begin!
