When Steve started in the investing area, he found it hard to get people to believe in investing in apartments. Most of his time was spent teaching people about why the investment was good and less tie investing. In just under thirty years, it seems that everything has changed. He is finding that people already know about commercial investing and are now coming to him, asking if he knows of any deals before he can even start teaching about it. How strange!
