A common misconception that new listeners often bring to Steve is the concept of their own home being their greatest investment.  This is simply not true.  There is nothing wrong with buying a home and having it serve your family but even when you sell it for more than you bought it, you are never truly getting all the money you put into it back.  So should people NOT buy homes??  Wrong again!  Buy that house, buy the pool and make those four walls and rook the place that your family can grow in.  So how does that fit into the real estate model?  Good question, and that is what Steve is talking about today!

It sounds so weir even when we say it.
